For more than two decades I have worked at the intersection of leadership, strategy and human dynamics — supporting organisations to navigate complexity, resolve tension and move forward with clarity.
Leaders often engage me in moments where something feels off. When growth has slowed, leadership teams are misaligned, or difficult conversations need to happen but no one is quite sure how to begin.
My role is to help leaders see clearly, surface truth and restore alignment so progress can continue.

My perspective is shaped by more than two decades working with leaders across corporate, entrepreneurial and community environments.
My experience includes:

founding and leading performHR, a people and culture advisory business supporting organisations to navigate complex workforce and leadership challenges
advising founders and leadership teams navigating growth, transition and organisational complexity
serving as a Non-Executive Director for the Varley Group
founding and building businesses, including MOA & Co in Newcastle, a conscious marketplace and community hub
supporting organisations through complex people, culture and strategy challenges
Alongside my corporate and entrepreneurial experience, I hold an International Coaching Community (ICC) Coach Certification, which deepens my work in leadership awareness, decision-making and human dynamics.
My work is also informed by the study of leadership, human behaviour and frameworks such as Human Design, which offer powerful insight into how individuals lead, make decisions and interact within teams.
This combination of strategic insight, lived leadership experience and human awareness allows me to hold space for the conversations that matter most — particularly in moments where clarity, alignment and courageous leadership are required.
